- Companies are implementing social channels, but not planning Social Strategies.
- The SOC in Social is Share Of Conversation
- Build Bridges, not Walls.
- Redtape and politics slow down Social Strategies
- The social consumer is making decisions with or without us.
- Every month 700b minutes are spent on Facebook
- YouTube is the second largest search engine (larger than the rest combined).
- Attention is the new currency of marketing.
- Think about what it takes to get someone to " Stop, Click, Share"
- You must "Engage". Otherwise, you are just noise spikes.
- Each of us individually is being measured by what you share and who you know.
- You Klout score is your social currency online. The FICA of online scores.
- Resonance score. How long did a tweet stay alive (RT). The best tweets get an hour.
- In the future everybody will be famous for 15 minutes (15 minutes of fame is dead).
- "may i have your intention please..."
- How do you show someone that you actually have something for them?
- People are not going to websites. They are making information come to them
- News no longer breaks, it tweets.
