Yesterday at his home in Chicago, our team member, colleague and friend, Bruce Thomson, died of a heart attack. Bruce is survived by his wife Nancy, daughters Amy(36) & Tamasha(13), and son Brad (25). The sudden and shocking nature of this news leaves us at a loss. Please include Bruce, Nancy and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

Crown in the News: 3/7/2008

he Dayton Business Journal was kind enough to print an article in the Business Journal about Crown Partners today.  Please find it below (it should come out on the web shortly).  Thanks to you all for helping to grow Crown to the success that it is.  While this is just a start, it is a great start!

Holiday Party: 11/21/2007

I wanted to address a topic that was brought to my attention by the Culture Cadre (which is precisely why we have this great group).

In the past, we have invited spouses to Crown’s holiday party.  Given the small group of folks in the past, and that we use to have the party on a Saturday, we felt it made sense to invite spouses.  This year, we have decided to change this tradition.  Please allow me to explain:
As we continue to grow, we’ve gotten to the point that we need a virtual water cooler.  A place that every Crown employee can go to share ideas, communicate and collaborate.  Further, we need a centralized location for communication; a place that we all can turn to get corporate information (a hub of sorts).  To that end, we go live with http://hub.crownpartners.com today.
