2009 was a character-building year for Crown Partners and I believe we are a stronger company because of the challenges presented and overcome. I look forward to 2010 as the year that we capitalize on our strengths and market position to truly move the company forward and up the value chain in the eyes of our clients.

2009 End of Year Communcation: 12/16/2009

Crown Team,

I want to start this email by wishing you and your family a Happy Holiday.  As we enter into the Holiday season, it is a time to reflect on the past year and a time to think about the future.  In that light, I’d like to give you my thoughts on the same here at Crown.

Final Downsizing Cuts: 9/14/2009

Crown has attempted for several quarters to get our staff utilization to a healthy mix of 85% employees and 15% contractors.  We have been unsuccessful in those efforts and have taken action today to accelerate movement in that direction.  Effective immediately, several employees have moved to 1099 sub-contractor status.  Several of the individuals already have SOW’s for current projects.
