Relevance, It's one of our core values and I saw it in action this week Texas Style!

On the 25 yard line of Cowboy's Stadium I kicked a field goal (I had to because Kennedy kicked one first)!  How does this tie to relevance you ask?  We held an event at the staduim on Wednesday attended by 50-75 prospective customers (Interstate Batteries, Texas Instruments, etc).  The focus of the event was the power of integrating the hybris / Adobe / Exact Target platforms to drive digital customer experience.

During the company meeting today you saw the demo of the hybris/ Adobe/ Exact Target integration.  The Crown team is working to get the key integrations into a live demo for the Internet Retailer Conference in June – in a totally revamped user experienced (think experienced based commerce).  

We are the first partner to do the heavy lifting required to enable the experience based approach by leveraging all three platforms.  This makes us extremely relevant not only to our partners, but to our customers and to our customer's customer's!  I am proud of us for being the first mover in this arena.  Crown's reputation and our relevance to our partners' has taken a huge leap forward as a result of all our efforts. I am sure there will be others that will scramble to catch-up or follow our lead.  We must stay in on the leading edge of this evolution to maintain our relevance.

As an ebusiness consulting firm focused on these packages, this is one of the more strategic things we are doing as an organization.  We intend to continue to lead the pack as the Hybris/ Adobe/ Exact Target platform integrations and experience based approach evolves.
