Mercury Marine 1 - 3 Year Roadmap: 8/24/2010
Attached is a 1 - 3 year roadmap for Mercury Marine that we went through with them today. It is 2 slides and does a GREAT job of showing how our technology works with digital communication channels to support business initiatives (rather than just selling technology). Selling to these business initiatives help us sell lots of technology projects, rather than just one component (like WCM or DAM).
Please internalize this, reuse it, sell to it and share it with your clients as you continue to push us more upstream into the relevant programs and initiatives of Sales and Marketing.
This deck was put together for a joint meeting with the CMO (and his team) and their IT liaison (who is presenting it to the Mercury Marine President next Monday -- Mercury is a $2B company).
