Key Decisions that Transform(ed) Crown
You know how a few key decisions start to transform you? Well, I was thinking about some key decisions we've made at Crown that have shaped who we are and where we are going. Here they are in no particular order:
1. Focus on Technology AND Marketing
2. "Go live date is NOT done date" It's start date.
3. Leadership drives the business forward. Not the Leadership team, but leadership within.
4. Remain self funded (no outside investors)
5. Maintain 30% - 40% year over year growth on average.
6. Increasingly hire out of college and grow them into leaders
7. Focus on being indespensible to our customers
8. Value alignment around DRIVE (Dedication, Relevance, Integrity, Vigilance, Evolution).
9. Data driven businesses win.
10. Speed wins. Think big, start small, move fast (and iterate with data driven decisions).
11. Focus on best of breed platforms and vendor partners.
