Happy New Year

Colleagues,

Today you should be getting your December paycheck which closes out 2011.  For those of you on a "utilization bonus", we decided to deliver an early New Year's present and pay it this month instead of waiting until January!  This is our little way of saying "Thank You" for the hard work, dedication and commitment to Crown.  I hope it comes at a good time!

We've accomplished a lot this year and it is time to celebrate our successes.  I'll leave the details for Crown Camp, but let's just say we've done what we set out to do for 2011.

Crown Camp has shaped up to be something special.  For those of you who have attended past Crown Camp's, this one will blow you away.  For those of you where this is your first, just wait -- you have no idea how great this time together is.  It is "Our Time" to celebrate, learn and reflect.

You all have been a part of growing Crown into something special.  We have done some extraordinary things and have plans to do more!  At Crown, we have the opportunity to help other companies realize their dreams and ambitions and in doing so, realize ours.  We are small, yet mighty. 

Please take some time in these next few days to reflect on our journey -- and come prepared on the 4th of January in Indianapolis to help us march into the future.  2012, here we come!
