Crown Protégé Program
Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce the arrival of the "Crown Protégé Program". This program is designed to help attract the best and brightest talent to Crown and will cover all new associate consultants coming to Crown through our College Recruiting Process. In a nutshell, we will pair new associates with executives for the first 6 months of employment at Crown. This is intended to be a very intensive program and one that challenges the associate. Initially, we expect the associates to be doing the following types of activities:
Support RED or other company initiatives
Support sales calls – taking meeting notes
Provide status updates for traveling/remote executives
This program is intended to provide the following benefits:
Act as a great recruiting tool to attract the best and brightest to Crown
Provide in-depth company experience to the incoming Associate Consultants
Enable executives to move important initiatives forward faster with dedicated help
Provide sales and operational support to executives
The associates will all be housed in the Dayton office. The initial assignments are as follows:
Richard: Matt Rizzo
Mark: Corey Barnett
Kyle: Nick Kuzmick
Lynn: Randall Miller
While these individuals are assigned to executives, it is up to all colleagues to support our new Associate Consultants as they begin their careers at Crown.
I believe the addition of this program will be one more factor that sets Crown apart from the pack.
