Crown Hires John Hadley as CFO
Colleagues,
John Hadley has accepted a position with Crown and will start November 7, 2011. John will come on board as a Partner, CFO and member of the Executive Team and will report to me. John Schomburg and his organization will report to John Hadley. John turned down a CFO role for GE Energy in Australia to join Crown. We are excited to have him on the team.

John has a nice blend of entrepreneur business growth and big company (GE) process and work ethic. He is a welcome addition to the Executive Team and our organization. Please note: this is NOT a replacement for John Schomburg. John Hadley will be focused on day forward (Pro Forma) and supporting the business management practices where John Schomburg will continue to be focused on actual (day backwards) activities. We've been limping along on day forward activities through some combination of Lynn and me. John will take over these responsibilities and double down on helping the practices manage their business to financial targets in a way that allows them to pull levers BEFORE the end of a quarter.
This is an exciting hire for Crown. We are committed to doubling this business by 2013. In order to scale with excellence, it is necessary that we separate and dedicate a CFO role. I have copied John Hadley on this message. Please give him a warm welcome to the team!
