Letter from Daybreak to Crown

Crown has been a supporter of the Daybreak Dayton shelter for some time.  For the holidays we donated  personally signed copies of Ryan Blair's "Nothing to Lose, Everything to Gain" best selling book.

Additionally, we have an internal company program where our traveling consultants bring back shampoo, conditioner and soap from the hotels we stay at (and we travel a lot)!  To date we've donated over 300 days of personal care products to the Daybreak kids.
These are awesome. Some of them we live here at Crown. Others we should live more of.

I particularly like some of these at Crown

1. "Fail faster". This incorporates "Done is better than Perfect" and "Move fast and break things"
2. "Own it". This forces a single responsible owner of an initiative we all believe is a good idea. Otherwise there is "involvement" but no "commitment". Remember: the chicken is only involved in breakfast. The pig is committed to it.

Submit your own that you believe is part of our fabric...
